An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Legal Secretary to join a busy Private Client Department within the Bromley office. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in private client and enjoy working in a busy highly regarded team.  They will have the skills and knowledge to accurately produce documents, undertake digital dictation, complete daily filing, arrange the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files, prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch, to understand client needs and to service those needs in an efficient and professional manner.

Office Services/Reprographics Operator (Temp to Perm)

A highly reputable Barristers Chambers are looking for a capable Office Services /Reprographics Operator to run their dedicated in-house print room on a temp to perm basis, based in Holborn.

You will be working Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm.

Duties include (not limited to):

  • Printing, copying and indexing of barrister court bundles

  • Development of common court authority database

  • General printing and copying support to barristers / staff

  • Managing the returning / secure disposal of barrister papers post-completion of matters in line with GDPR requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Full working knowledge of Reprographics within legal environment is a must

  • Confident in your ability to operate multi-function print machines and carry out all Reprographic duties with minimal supervision

  • An eye for detail

  • Relevant experience gained within a legal, corporate or professional services environment

Admin Assistant 

A leading international leading Law Firm is seeking a highly professional and efficient Administration Assistant to support their IT department on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

  • Provide admin assistance to the dept.

  • Source quotations & specifications of equipment; place orders with suppliers

  • Organise dept. travel

  • Order & maintain dept. stationery supplies

  • Maintain documentation for the firm’s mobiles

  • Identify specific projects and assist the Team Co-ordinator with daily routines
